Chat with Tech Ringer AI directly in Telegram. Personal use, group mentions, or channels — all with the safety stack and audit log that protect every other integration.
Four steps. Defaults are conservative — you can broaden later.
From your Tech Ringer AI account, click 'Connect Telegram.' You'll get a deeplink to start a chat with the bot.
Send the one-time verification code the bot displays. This links your Telegram user ID to your Tech Ringer AI tenant.
Configure which tools and capabilities the agent can use when invoked from Telegram. Defaults are read-only.
DM the bot for personal use, or add it to a group and mention it with `@TechRingerAIBot`.
@TechRingerAIBot what's on my calendar today? The agent checks your connected calendar (if read is enabled), summarizes the day, and replies in the chat. The conversation lands in your audit log.
Telegram is the platform where personal and professional use blur — people use the same chat client for family, friends, and work groups. We treat that as a feature: link your Telegram handle to your Tech Ringer AI account once, and the same agent reaches you wherever you happen to be chatting.
Because Telegram is a public-facing platform with bot username addressing, we built strong identity verification into the connection flow. A one-time verification code prevents someone from spoofing your account by guessing your Telegram username, and the audit log shows every Telegram-originated message with the verified user ID attached.
For families using Tech Ringer AI, Telegram is often where kids first encounter the AI — it's the chat client they already use. Per-child profiles work the same way: link the child's Telegram user ID to their family profile, and the agent applies age-appropriate guardrails, content filters, and capability restrictions automatically.
Yes — your dashboard shows the exact bot username and a deeplink to start a chat. Don't trust any Telegram bot claiming to be Tech Ringer AI without verifying via the dashboard-provided link.
Yes. Add it to any group, then mention `@TechRingerAIBot` to invoke it. Group members other than the linked Tech Ringer AI user can interact with the bot too — but tool actions remain attributed and capability-gated to the connected user's account.
No. We don't train models on customer conversations — across every plan, every audience, every chat platform. PII is also redacted before any third-party LLM provider sees a tool result.
Yes. Input guardrails, URL safety scanning, PII redaction, capability gating, and audit logs run identically here as in the dashboard and on every other integration. Adding a chat platform doesn't expand your security surface area meaningfully.
Disconnect the integration from the dashboard at any time. That revokes the OAuth grant (or removes the bot from the platform, for non-OAuth platforms), all in-flight agent sessions stop, and any future invocations from that platform fail closed. The audit log of past activity stays accessible.
